Downloading Videos from the Internet

So I've been wondering for some time if there were any decent programs to download capture flash video and audio from any website to your computer. I mean, I'm sure that there are software out there that enables people to download video and audio materials from sites like youtube and facebook but sometimes it's limited to those sites that have high traffic.

What if you want to download something from another site?

While looking around I coincidentally was introduced to this nifty little program that's called JCopia that ensures successful downloads from any website that you can find video or audio clips (even streams!).

The software even has a free trial version that lets users take it out on for a little test run to see if it works for them. For me it seems promising so hey, why not give it a try?
